RAMCO Insurance is the customer-facing name used by RAMCO Insurance Agency, Inc., a Florida corporation. This Privacy Policy applies to the public RAMCO website and the RAMCO Insurance text messaging program.

Information you send

RAMCO may receive information you choose to provide when you call, email, submit a website form or otherwise contact the agency. Do not send Social Security numbers, full driver license numbers, bank information, payment card numbers, passwords or full policy numbers through Argelio.

SMS and mobile messaging

RAMCO Insurance may use a mobile number you provide to send text messages only when you have given the applicable consent. Messages may include follow up about an insurance quote request and related service communications described at the point of consent. Message frequency varies based on your request and service needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

RAMCO Insurance does not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt in data and messaging consent are not transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional use.

RAMCO may use service providers that process information on RAMCO's behalf to operate the website, deliver requested communications, secure forms, manage customer relationships, and measure website performance. Those providers are not authorized to use SMS opt in data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent RAMCO from responding to a quote or service request through other contact methods you provide.

Argelio is intended for general insurance education and quote preparation. It is not a secure channel for sensitive information and does not bind, change or confirm coverage.

Third party carrier websites

The Payments & Claims page links to external carrier websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices and security controls.
